History

Storm Nordic Fund was launched in November 2006. The Fund had previously been traded as the Norwegian domiciled fund called Ørn Norden, which was established in 1997. The objective was to provide investors with the opportunity to invest alongside the portfolio managers in a long/short equity fund focused on the Nordics. In December 2015, the management decided to close the fund in order to focus more on Nordic High Yield, despite an IRR of more than 8% for the last 3 years.

Storm Bond Fund was launched in September 2008, as a response to demand from investors and the opportunity seen by the managers in the credit market. As one of the managers with longest track record in the Nordic high yield markets, we have intensified the effort to become the top performing high yield fund in the Nordics.

Storm Real Estate ASA was launched in November 2008, when Storm Capital Management took over the management of the Norwegian company, E-Star Property. The Company completed a transformative agreement with KMC Properties AS in 2020, and is today listed on Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker (“KMCP”). The Company owns 39 industrial properties in the Nordics and in the Netherlands, valued at approximately NOK 3 billion at the time of completion of the transaction.
