Morten has more than 25 years of financial and asset management experience with focus on the Nordic markets. He founded Storm Capital Management in 2006 and has experience from a wide range of sectors and strategies. Morten holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian Business School (BI). He is the executive Chairman of Storm Bond Fund and has been one of the largest investors in the fund since inception.
Morten has 14 years of credit research and finance experience. Prior to joining Storm in 2015, he worked as a credit research analyst at Arctic Securities in Oslo, covering High Yield issuers in the Nordic region. Before that he worked for ABG Sundal Collier and DNB in London. Morten holds a BSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian Business School (BI), and a MSc in Finance from Cass Business School in London.
Marcus has 12 years of experience from business development and investment banking. Before he joined Storm in 2012, Marcus worked in the investment banking division at Citigroup in London. He holds a MSc in Finance and Economics from the University of Strathclyde (completed with distinction).

Tore has more than 25 years of experience from fund selection, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Storm in 2012, Tore worked for an independent financial consultancy that acquired Axir ASA (an independent financial consultancy in Norway founded by Tore in 1995). He holds a BSc in Marketing from the Norwegian Business School (BI).

Gustaf has 6 years of credit research and finance experience. Prior to Storm, he was a partner and credit research analyst at the independent investment bank Fearnley Securities in Oslo, covering High Yield issuers in the Nordic region. Gustaf holds a BSc in Business and Economics from Lancaster University and a MSc in Economics from Imperial College London.
Dagfinn has 9 years of experience from auditing, compliance and as a financial controller. Before he joined Storm he worked as a senior Financial Controller at Schibsted Media Group and as a state authorised auditor at EY in Oslo. He holds a MSc in Business and Economics, and a MSc in Professional Accountancy from the Norwegian Business School (BI).

Berit has 30 years of experience from accounting. Before joining Storm, she was an accountant at the Nordic investment bank Arctic Securities in Oslo. She holds a BSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian Business School (BI).
The Board of Directors consist of qualified professionals with key knowledge about asset management and the financial markets in the Nordics. We utilise their knowledge and network actively.
Erik has vast experience from asset management, both from an operational and the board side. He is the CEO and founding partner of Aqualung Carbon Capture and in addition sits on the boards of Segulah (a Swedish Private Equity fund) and on the advisory board of Carnegie (Norway) among others. He have also held senior roles at Siem Industries (a family office).
Ragnar has been fundamental in the development of the Nordic Corporate Bond market. He founded Nordic Trustee in 1993 (a bond trustee in the Nordics) and was the CEO until he sold the company in 2016.
Ragnar sits on several boards in Nordics.
Helene is a principal at Steen Family Office. Before starting in the family office, she worked as a portfolio manager (Global Equities) for DNB Asset Management. Prior to this she spent 9 years at DNB Bank in various roles: as a client relationship manager for ocean industries, as an advisor within the portfolio rebalancing & restructurings team and as a corporate analyst focusing on credit analysis. She holds a bachelors degree from BI Norwegian Business school and a masters degree from Cass Business School in London.
Morten is the CIO and founding partner of Storm Capital Management. He has more than 25 years of financial and asset management experience with focus on the Nordic markets.
